Refund policy

I have a 14-day return policy, which means if you don't love your artwork you can return it within 14 days after receiving it. 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact me at nimchiy@icloud.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to Alicante in Spain.

Items sent back to us without first notifying a return will not be accepted. 

You can always contact me for any return question at nimchiy@icloud.com. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If all is well you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
